Brief & consultation
Send the form or email us with product, quantity and any references. We'll take a call and sign an NDA if you need one.

Design & approval
We return dimensioned 2D drawings and 3D models, iterate with you, then lock design, size and colourway in writing.

Sample & production
A physical sample ships for your sign-off. Once approved the run is poured, painted, cured and photo-QC'd.

Packaging & freight
Custom packaging is assembled, the shipment is weighed and quoted, and tracking lands in your inbox.
Lead time is quoted per project — it depends on the product line, the complexity of the 3D design, how much hand-painting the scene needs and total curing time. You get a firm schedule with your quote, before any deposit.

We keep a flexible order policy: no minimum quantity, and pricing negotiated per project against design complexity, unit count and packaging. Larger runs price better — send a brief and we'll come back with a full cost breakdown.

No. We take orders from a single sample up to several thousand units — pricing simply improves as volume grows. Most first orders from retailers sit between 25 and 100 pieces.
